International Friendship Competition 2025 (IFC25)

Lørenskog Gymnastikklag would like to invite you to our Friendship Competition with Special Olympics rules in Artistic gymnastics, men and women, October 10th to October 12th, 2025, from 13 years of age.
Last year we had an amazing time arranging the first International Friendship Competition in Norway.
IFC25 is for Para- and Special Olympics gymnasts all over the world, a Friendship Competition.
