We are hiring: Head Coach Rythmic Gymnastics. Full time position!

We are looking for a competent coach who can further develop our RG competition groups.

Our new main coach will have full responsibility for the development of our pre-elite athletes as well as working with young RG athletes that are highly ranked in national competitions.

Work tasks
– Develop and implement training plans. Rresponsible for the everyday coaching.
– Responsible for the preparation and coaching of our athletes for international, national and local competitions.
– Planning competition schedules.
– Administrative tasks related to the role of Head RG coach.
– Take part in training camps and competitions, locally and nationally.
– Further develop our coaching team and build a positive culture among athletes and coaches.

Qualifications:
– Highly competent, experienced and trained background. Experience may substitute formal education.
– Knowledge of international competition regulations.
– Ballet skills would be appreciated.
– Scandinavian or English language skills
– Good leadership skills
– Team builder

Our coaches are expected to comply with general guidelines and regulations for Norwegian sports and HGA’s own guidelines and strategies.
