Stand up paddling (SUP) introduction course

4elements gives you an introduction to Stand up paddling (SUP). After a brief chat on land about equipment and safety, you will learn basic paddle and turning techniques on water. The course will give you good balance on the board and proper padding technique provides an effective body and core workout. We´ll also give you some fun and different balance challenges on the board if you want! The instructor is certified by ISA (International Surfing Association) and educated as a personal trainer at NIH, Norway’s Sports College. The course lasts for approx. 55 minutes and includes rental of all the equipment you need.

Course schedule:

Wednesday July 26, 11 am, 12 am and 01 pm
Thursday July 27, 11 am, 12 am and 01 pm

Price per person: 200 NOK

We can do group courses for outside of the given times:
Price:  1500 NOK – for up to 10 participants.
