Head coach, Kolbotn Rhythmic Gymnastics

Are you passionate about Rhythmic Gymnastics and want to work creatively?

Kolbotn IL, Rhythmic Gymnastics are in need of an additional head coach.

Vacant full-time/part-time position at Kolbotn IL Rhythmic Gymnastics. We can offer a one-year contract, with opportunities for renewal.

You will be working together with the current head coach, with the same responsibilities and opportunities for influence.

The roles and responsibilities:
• Plan and execute the training schedule
• Preparing competition programs, evaluate and coach the gymnasts
• Actively contribute to a positive work environment
• Accompany gymnasts on competitions

Desired qualifications:
• Experience within training competition gymnasts
• Choreography skills and strong ability to build and develop programs for all levels and classes
• Knowledge of the international competition regulations is a requirement, knowledge within Norwegian competition regulations is an advantage
• Ballet experience is appreciated
• High work ethics
• Good leadership skills
